When contacting us to open a warranty claim, please provide your name, phone number, product or model number, and a copy of your invoice if possible. Pictures will also assist in properly identifying the issue, so that we can get to the root of the problem and help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
All bathroom products warranties are for parts only. Labour charges are typically the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Warranties are non-transferrable to any other purchaser or party other than the original purchaser or builder from unauthorized dealer.
