Great service, top quality products and installers. Purchased a new hydrotherapy tub about 5 years ago and have had no issues other than needing a new remote, probably from it falling into the tub repeatedly. They knew what tub I had and found a new remote in just a few minutes. Friendly, knowledgable and courteous I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

The staff at Soak have been great. Diana gave us many options for several steam showers. We love the one we selected. Terry and Cam who installed the steam shower were professional and spent the time with us on the operation of the steam shower. Would we recommend Soak? Absolutely!!! On July 12, 2017, we purchased a Contemporary SR89102R steam shower from Soak Luxury Bath products. Ed Shyian (Service Manager) and his team coordinated the installation of the unit in a near seamless manner despite some plumbing and electrical challenges. Post installation, Ed has been most knowledgeable and helpful in providing technical support for some very minor issues. To date, we have not required any service callouts over the ownership period of 4 years and remain extremely satisfied with the product and service.

We have been a customer of SOAK for 7 or 8 years. Ed in the service department has be very helpful find parts or solutions to any problems as they occur. In 2018, we flew from Vancouver to visit Soak as we couldn't find a steam shower locally that was modern, sleek, and stylish that fitted into our newly renovated bathroom. While we were there, we also fell in love with a hydro massage tub in the showroom and had them both shipped, which Soak was happy to accommodate. We love these two pieces, as do our house guests and visitors, and can't wait to buy more products.

I bought a fancy steam shower from Soak last March 2021. I gave this business 5 stars because of their great service, the speediness on how they responded to solving warranty issues and questions I had. The steam shower I bought is the B618. It's a great product with an excellent steam generator that works very fast and is easy to maintain.
